Robocorp was started in 1984 by Zoologist and robotics engineer Jason Argo, the creator of Techzoology**. While studying Zoology, especially primates, along side getting his PHD in robotics engineering at MIT he found his call. The fusion of technology and zoology. Immortalized in his book: “TechZoology - a study of technology and evolution in covenant with nature”.
**TechZoology: The study of animals, including classification, physiology, development, and behaviour in order to evolve technology.”
After graduating he exiled himself to the rainforests of Congo in Central Africa to study lowland gorillas and set up a research facility for robot technology and on the side making a fortune building “simple” robots for the production industry.

To secure a safe environment for the gorillas he purchased large areas of rainforest, but the vast poaching of the gorillas on his land made him work on a protection solution, and the first model of R0807 was born. Following Asimov laws of robots GO-807 was programmed to non-lethal combat using biodegradable paint for identification and nets to capture and detain the poachers. Based on this model the improvements accelerated and now R0807 is ready for the world.
